 | The nature and extent of the condition/injury |
 | The effect of the condition/injury |
 | The appropriate treatment regime required |

| PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT
|
The appropriate combination of:-
 | Manual therapy - manipulation / mobilisation |
 | Electrotherapy |
 | Massage / soft tissue techniques |
 | Hydrotherapy |
 | Rehabilitation training |
 | Home exercises |
 | Owner advice and home programme as necessary |

Note.
Owners are requested to bring

A
letter of referral from the Veterinary Surgeon

A
familiar blanket or rug for the dog to lie on
-
Towels
where hydrotherapy treatment is required
Owners
please
Ensure
that your dog
 |
Has
not eaten for at least 3 hours prior to treatment |
 |
Has
been exercised to allow for toileting prior to attending |
 |
Is
kept on a lead and under control the whole time whilst on the
premises |
 |
Is
not exercised on the premises without prior permission |
